Privacy Policy for Photo Grid Maker

Scope

This policy describes how Photo Grid Maker handles information when you import photographs, edit grids and guides, save projects and presets, and export or share images.

Data access and local storage

Photo Grid Maker accesses images you select through the Android photo picker. It processes those images on your device and saves a local copy in the app’s private storage so you can reopen your projects. Your original image remains unchanged. The app reads image orientation information when needed to display an imported photograph correctly.

The app also stores project editing settings, including grids, guides, reference points and crop coordinates; preset names and settings; local photo identifiers and names; and certain default and export preferences. This information supports editing, reopening projects and applying saved presets.

No account is required. The inspected application does not send your photos, project settings or presets to the developer. No developer-operated collection of personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers or usage tracking was identified in the inspected source.

Purposes

The app uses the information stored on your device to display and edit selected photographs, preserve your work, remember preferences, apply presets and create exported images.

Exports, sharing and other services

When you export an image, the app creates a separate PNG or JPEG file at the destination you select through Android’s document interface. If you select a storage provider that uses cloud storage, that provider may process the exported file under its own privacy policy.

When you choose to view or share an exported image, the app grants the receiving application access to that image. Any further handling by an application or service you select is governed by that service’s practices and privacy policy.

No advertising or analytics SDKs were identified in the inspected application dependencies. The app uses Android system services and AndroidX, Jetpack Compose and Kotlin libraries for its interface, image selection, local processing and file operations.

Android backup

The Android application permits operating-system backup. Depending on your device, Android version and backup settings, locally stored app data may be included in system backup or device transfer. These operations are managed by Android and your backup provider rather than by a Photo Grid Maker server. You can manage available backup options through your device settings.

Permissions and security

The app uses Android’s photo picker to access selected images and the document interface to save exported files. Its manifest declares internet permission, but no app-initiated network transmission was identified in the inspected application behavior.

Imported photo copies and saved editing information are stored in the app’s private storage, using Android’s application isolation. Exported images are stored in the destination you choose and are subject to that destination’s access controls. The inspected code does not implement additional encryption for local app files. No method of storage or protection can guarantee complete security.

Retention and deletion

Imported photo copies, project settings and preferences remain in local app storage until that storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. There is no automatic retention period implemented in the inspected source. You can delete individual presets within the app. The inspected version does not provide an individual project or imported-photo deletion control; to remove all private app data, use Android’s clear-storage function or uninstall the app.

Clearing app storage or uninstalling does not delete original photographs, exported images, copies shared with other applications, or backups managed by external providers. Delete those items through the relevant storage location, application or backup service.

You may send privacy or deletion questions to mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. The developer cannot remotely access or delete data held only on your device. If you email the developer, the address and information you include will be available for responding to your request. The supplied information does not establish a specific retention period for support correspondence.

Children’s privacy

No intended age range has been specified. The inspected app does not include accounts, advertising or developer-operated personal-data collection. Photographs selected by users may contain personal information, including images of children, and receive the same local processing described in this policy. If you have a concern involving a child’s information, contact the developer at the address below.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or its data handling. Review the current policy when using an updated version. Any revised policy should accurately describe the practices of that version.
